Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Our orders are automatically fulfilled as soon as there placed so we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure you choose the correct size and color before purchasing.

When will I receive my order?

We fulfil our orders in 1 business day and shipping should take no longer than 5 business days. Therefore your order should arrive within 6 business days.

What do I do if I received a defective item?

Please contact us at info@gamerboss.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will make sure you are satisfied.

What do I do if I never received my order?

First check your tracking number for any updates on the location of your order. Contact the delivery service to see if they have any further information about your missing order. If you are still having trouble contact us at: info@gamerboss.com

What size of mouse pad should I choose?

  • Standard (13”x11”) is suitable for anybody. Its our smallest size but it feels like there’s plenty of space for your mouse to move around.

  • Medium (18”x18”) is good if your somebody that likes to make bigger more exaggerated mouse movements. For example gamers that use low sensitivities on their mouse.
  • Large (24”x14”) is good if you want to have both your keyboard and mouse on your pad. It’s also commonly used by people that are looking for something to put their laptop on.

  • Extended (36”x12”) is good if you have a wider span and want to put both your keyboard and mouse on the pad.

  • Extended plus (36”x18”), Mega (48”x24”), Giga (60”x30”), and Mammoth (72”x36”) are awesome if you are looking for a mat to cover your entire desk.

Do the mouse pads smell?

Natural rubber has a distinct smell that some people find unpleasant. In some instances mouse pads have arrived with a smell. We noticed this problem years ago and have since updated our production process to include a step where we air out the mouse pads for many days before packaging. We include smell absorbers inside the box to further reduce any smells. If there is a smell by the time you receive it please just let it air out for awhile in a well ventilated area and it will eventually go away.

How do I clean my mouse pad?

Option 1: Hand Wash

  • 1) Gently hand wash it in your sink or bathtub with mild soap.
  • 2) Hang it and let it drip dry for 24 hrs.

Option 2: Washing Machine

  • 1) Put it in your washing machine on a Delicate setting (cold water/low tumble).
  • 2) Use mild detergent.
  • 3) Hang it and let it drip dry for 24 hrs.
